![]() ![]() As well as our design services, MGM hired our integration division to come out and assist with the final system clean up, punch, documentation and commissioning of all the audio-video systems in the facility to ensure the product meets their extremely high standards. Our services included audio-video design for all back of house areas, the whole casino floor, all restaurants and retail spaces, convention and meeting rooms, pool and spa areas, conservatory, typical hotel rooms, specialty suites and the two penthouse suites. When Technology West Group was selected for the Audio Video consulting for this project, the client made it clear that it was due to our years of experience integrating and supporting the latest technology into hospitality environments. The $1.4 billion waterfront resort destination features (308) hotel rooms in a twenty-three-story tower, three thousand seat theater, 120,000 SF Casino, a resort spa, luxury retail shops, fine dining from local and celebrity chefs, and 30,000 SF of meeting room space. The Tower One Bedroom Suite and the Tower Spa Suite offer amenities that include a large, glass-top desk with an executive chair, laptop-sized safe, and a spacious living area with a pull-out sofa to accommodate extra. ![]() This is mainly a factor of the size and layout of each suite. MGM National Harbor, located just outside of Washington DC, is MGM Resorts International’s newest addition to their portfolio of gaming properties. Each Grand Tower room offers slightly different room amenities. ![]()
